-What is the cost of joining the league?
There is NO COST for joining the league...Buy in to most of the events are $10, however there a few that are $20...Howevere
there is NO LEAGUE FEES to play..PLEASE NOTE THOUGH, players are responsible for sending 10% of thier winnings to the league
prize pool...As an example, if you was to win $186.50 in event#1, you are required to send $18.65 to the League Creator
'DEVERTROY' as soon as you are eliminated from the tournament. ALL PLAYERS who cash are required to do this....Each event
usually accumulates $50-$70..After 18 events, that adds up to about $900.00...The points leader after event 5 wil get $50,
points leader after week 10 gets $100, and points leader at end gets $215 PLUS the tropjey($197)...What ever money is left
will go to the TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS.
-What is the 'Tournament Of Champions?'
The Tournament of Champions is an event held at the end of the season to determine who gets the rest of the money in the prize
pool..*To qualify for the Tournament Of Champions, players must do one of the following:
*Win any of the events in regualr season
*Finish Top 10 in Points
*PLay in ALL regualr season events
*Win the Potty Bowl. (Potty Bowl is held Monday before The Tournament of Champions to give players one last chance to
get in the Tournament of Champions)
-Does the league creator Troy Dever make any money off of this league?
No. Troy does not make any money off of this league. Troy just enjoys getting people together from the area to have a good
time. ALL PRIZE MONEY WILL BE PAID OUT.
-How do you get players for the league?
Most players are recruited by Troy Dever himself as he spends hours of time in front of the computer looking for players from
Louisville in the Pokerstars lobby..Once he finds a player, he tried to strike up a conversation telling the player about
the leaague...Some players are recruited through word of mouth..Hopefully all the players in the league have such a good time,
they will tell a friend about it...Also, there is LouisvillePokerLeague merchandise(Shirts,Hats,Visors,Mousepads,Jackets)
that some players have ordered and wear around town..Some people see the logo, and go home and review the site. After seeing
the site, they will join the league.
-Do I have to play in Every event to be eligible to win the league?
No. In fact the winner of Season 1(Ian Kilpatrick aka SMOSH16) only players in 12 of the 15 events....Please note though,
players are at a disadvantage if they dont play in events. Players get points for every event they play in....On the flip
side of that, players come out just to try to win the weekly prize money.
-How are points determined for the league?

-How Do I go about getting more information about the league?

-The events start at , but I dont get off work till 830. Can I still play?
Yes. You may sign up anytime between the time the event is created and the time of start time of the tournament....If you
'SIT OUT', players will be blinded out until the get back to the computer..Expamle being a player starts with 1500chips, if
doesnt get to computer until 9:45pmEST, he may only have 800 chips when he starts to play.
